How do I carry it three ways?

Top handles, for a tote. Clip the strap to the rings on the sides, for your shoulder or across your body. Or thread that same strap through the ring at the top of the back panel, clip it to the two bottom corners, and wear it on both shoulders. It is one strap and it unclips completely.

What is it made of?

Canvas on the outside, cotton lining, with metal hardware — a zipper and a hook-and-ring strap fitting. The maker does not publish a fiber percentage or a care label, so we do not claim one.

How big is it?

About 15 in tall, 13.4 in wide and 2 in deep (38 × 34 × 5 cm). It weighs about 7.3 oz empty.

Are there pockets?

An open pocket on the front, a drawstring pocket on the side, and a phone pocket inside. One zip, on the main compartment.

Where does it ship from, and when will it arrive?

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse in the United States. Total time from order to doorstep is 5–11 business days.

Email hello@totebee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and one line on what went wrong. We refund in full and tell you what to do with the bag. We reply within 1 to 2 days.
