Terms of service

Who you are buying from. This store is operated by a company registered in Denmark. Our registered company name, company number and address will be shown here as soon as the registration details are finalized; in the meantime you can reach a real person through our contact page and we will answer.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm the order has shipped. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was listed wrongly, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.

Prices. All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax. We are not currently registered to collect sales tax in any US state, so no sales tax is added at checkout. Depending on where you live, you may be responsible for reporting and paying use tax on your purchase directly to your state tax authority. If we become required to collect sales tax in your state, the tax will be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Your order ships from within the United States, so there are no import duties or customs charges.

Pricing errors. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product information. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different between screens.

Your account and conduct. Do not use our store to break the law, and do not try to interfere with the site.

Our liability. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
